Where are you located?
We are located at 271 S New Prospect Rd, Unit 104B, Jackson, NJ. We are located next to the Quickcheck gas station on S New Prospect Rd.
What are your hours of operation?

Lotus Pediatrics is open Monday to Friday 9a to 7p, Saturday 9a to 1p. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I access my child’s vaccine record?
Your child’s vaccine records will be available on the Patient Portal. You also have an option of getting a printed copy of vaccine records.
What insurance do you accept?
We are in the process of accepting all major insurance payers in the area, please reach out to us to find out if we take your child’s insurance.
What if I have a non urgent message?

You are more than welcome to send a message through the patient portal or leave a message on the phone and someone will get back to you.

Appointments
When should I schedule my first newborn visit?
The baby should be seen by the Pediatrician within 3 to 5 days of birth. Please make an appointment by calling us or via Book an appointment tab on our website.
Do you accept same day appointments?
Yes, we will be happy to see you the same day for any sick or urgent visits. Please call the office to make an appointment or book an appointment online.
How soon can I get an appointment if my child is sick?

We are happy to see your child the same day, please give the office a call.

How can I get in touch with you after hours?
If it is an emergency, please call 911. If it is not an emergency, please call the office and leave a message. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can send a message via the patient portal.
Can I meet my Pediatrician before my baby is born?
Yes we strongly encourage soon-to-be parents to meet for a prenatal appointment. During this visit, we can answer any questions you may have about the practice or your newborn. We also can get you acquainted with our medical team.

How do I register for the patient portal?
You can register for the patient portal on onpatient.com, we will also provide with a registration link during your first visit.
What services are available on patient portal?

You can access the following services on patient portal: 

  • Make an appointment on patient portal 
  • Access your medical records, lab results 
  • Send a message to your doctor through HIPAA complaint portal 
  • fill your intake forms before your first appointment to make check in easier 
  • View your upcoming appointments and check in online 
  • View statements and pay online 
  • Manage your contact and insurance information
